Amy Costello is a Project Director at the New Hampshire Institute for Health Policy and Practice. As part of the NH CDC Assessment Initiative, Amy assists in the development of the HealthWRQS project, a DHHS web-based query system designed to make consumer community health information more accessible to community health professionals. In particular, she oversees the development of the healthcare claims web-based module for WRQS. She also works closely with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services on a number of health data-related projects including revision and implementation of the Hospital Discharge Data collection rules. Amy also co-chairs RAPHIC, the Regional All-payer Health Information council, a federation of organizations and state agencies that are interested in the development, standardization and utility of all-payer healthcare claims databases.
